The Kaizen Softball Program remains Calgary's most successful 'A' program and one of the most successful programs in the Province. Kaizen consistently has teams representing Alberta in top-placing finishes in the Provincial Championship and Kaizen consistently represents teams in the Canadian National Championship and Western Canadian Championship each year.
