CALLING ALL VOLUNTEER SOFTBALL COACHES!
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteer softball coaches to join the Kaizen team at all levels! Whether you're a seasoned expert or just have a passion for the game, we want to hear from YOU!

- Be Part of Our Community: Kaizen is a long-standing, well-regarded, softball organization that has developed many athletes over the years to play at the post-secondary level and beyond. We have a network of alumni that we are so proud of and you can be part of that journey for the next generation too.
What are we looking for?
- a positive attitude and a passion for softball
- a desire to compete at the highest levels
- strong knowledge of the game and a willingness to further develop your softball qualifications
- patience, understanding, and an ability to work with girls from 11 years old to 19 years old
- strong communications skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, Board Members and other volunteers
- sense of humour!
